Exclusive Services
We raise and breed Toy Australian Shepherds. We may add mini's and original full-sized Australian Shepherd pups and dogs in the future. We also are willing to help re-home other Australian Shepherds and animals in need of loving homes. Along with our dogs we have other services we can offer, but teh dogs are the main focus of this webpage.
Meet Azules our original pup and breeding female.

Azules was a gift from our granddaughter. Our old dogs had passed away from old age we did not plan to get another for awhile but we missed our dogs. We were surprised with this little lady and can not imagine life without her! Her name means "blues' for her beautiful blue eyes. She is our first breeding female and an amazing Mom!
Meet Pinon our 2nd pup (not related to Azules) and first breeding male.

Pinon II Rowdy or call name "Pinon" is our male Tri-color with blue eyes. he is names Pinon II (2) because he is named after Rudy's old Blue heeler and also, just as the Heeler was, Pinon was tiny little pup. Tiny like a Pinon nut. He is a good dad, good with the puppies, he plays and looks out for them.
Puppies

A brief over view of our puppy program. For more specific information see our available Puppies page for available puppies and dogs. To get detailed information on our program please see the About US page ! Our puppies are ASDR (American Stock Dog Registry ) registered and in most cases come with breeding rights with the price. Prices will vary based on colors, eye color and stage of growth therefore what vaccinations, worming and training has gone into them.. In other words time and cost we have put into them to date to prepare them for a new home However, sometimes an older pup that hasn't found a home yet may get a discounted price.
At this time we are leaving the tails on the pus. It does not effect their breeding quality or their registration, it only could effect their show quality as points may be deducted for a non- docked tail. We chose to leave the tails because honestly the tails are quite beautiful and there seems no need to put the pup through the additional stress of tail docking. Since we are raising our pups for pets or breeding and not show or livestock herding there is no need to dock the tail. In some countries it is now illegal as well. If the purchaser really wants a docked tail it may be requested when negotiated with deposit and contract or any purchaser have it done by their veterinarian.
Why breed and sell? What about Shelter pets?

We do support shelter pets and mixed breed dogs, and we hope anyone considering a pet will consider adopting from a shelter or from a person who must give up their animal for whatever reason. We have had recue dogs, cats and horses of our own and will continue to do so.
So if we support this , then why breed a pedigreed animal/dog? Because there are breeds of animals that have certain wonderful characteristics that people enjoy and knowing that your pet was lovingly and painstakingly, because breeding and caring for animals can be hard work, cared for. Even smaller, hobby breeders put work and love into their animals, at least if they are any kind of conscientious person they do. It can mean being up late a night while a female give birth, nurse a sick baby and hope it makes it, cry your eyes out when it doesn't despite doing all you could, seeking medical help etc. It takes learning the best food for your pets, spending money on meds and heat lamps and vet trips and pee pad, toys, food and more food, treats...its not cheap venture, especially if you care. When puppies arrive it can mean sleepless nights. People want t to know their new pet was taken care of, we care about their health, their wellbeing and we take the time to start some of the basic training for you. You will have an idea if there are any potential health issues. A shelter pet you might not 100% know the bred or health issues/history that might come with it and you might be just fine with that and that's wonderful, thank you for that caring and understanding! However, for some they would rather know more. Or they simply know what characterizes the breed might favor and that is what they want. Also keep in mind many breeders have a contract with the new owner so if it doesn't work out the pet can be rehomed to a better fit or permission can be given for rehoming. This is to prevent pet usually from ending up in a shelter.
We have not designed contracts yet, but its in the works. A puppy bought from us can always be returned if not a good fit or we will help you find a new home. We will support the owners with tips and advice and resources so they feel supported. It may not be fool proof, but we take our placement of our pups seriously so hopefully they never ever end up in a shelter. PLEASE reach out to us-no judgement- if your pup is not working out we will work with you!!!
For those who adopt shelter pets-bravo-thank you for being a wonderful person!
